which server is your choice?

as for me (though i doubt will play those toon)

order: gorfang (only server with order bonus)

destro: volkmar

badlands is 2nd version DC before oceanic merge.

Just figuring out to transfer to which server. Was in order in Darklands.

Wut? Since when are they merging oceanic with American?

Just to confirm, the patch is usable for fresh war installs. And the patcher will not download the items that are already patched. It will automatically selects which part to download. Greatly saves time!

And my friend already made the transfer to Gorfang. Since its the most populated server out of the 3 choices we have. I'll resub and make the transfer soon.

kekeke i still not transfer any of my character. was busy getting destro at bay for whole week and today they made it to aldorft. bug exploit or not, order already lose when they push 2 fort simultaneously.

those oceanic transfer to gorfang are screaming coz drakland and ironclaw make last minute changes and go Volkmar.

gorfang have less ppl at our primetime. but the only server high/high atm.


will keep playing on DC and wait for more consolidation after Aion launch.

Bro, Aion really that good meh? The flying thing is not new (FLYFF, Perfect World). I dont see any other redeeming factors. If we wanna play an asian game (notorious for grinding) then might as well find one located in Asia.. atleast the lag not so bad right?

Anyway, currently spending more time in IR as the population there seems more balance, but they still have less people at our time (8pm to midnight) compared to DC. Also been rolling Destro with Finreir on IR much fun!

ps : How's your connection? Where you located? Mine's pretty good (except some spike lag last night, but on and off lasting for about 20 minutes only). Finreir on the other hand have been regularly pwnt by streamyx.

like i said in aion thread i created, aion doesn't have the x-factor.

it just seems that everybody who play WAR for pvp will play Aion. it not about flying. aion just have better pvp system than WAR. You lose Abyss Point when you die in Aion.

come october there should only 4 server left. but mythic will delay the merge until it's too late.

Losing stuff when you die in PvP will make a lot of chicken who hide behind. Last such PvP game I come from Perfect World. We literally go around bullying people, heck when I grind in an area, most of the time others dont even grind in the same spot for fear of PKing.

Actually overall WAR not so bad lah.. something to waste time on. Until somehting else better come along I think I will stick with it. Heck... I started playing in Nov right after I quit PW. And until now I'm playing a T3 Chosen

Agree on the Volkmar case.

But then there are some other Oceanic players @ Gorfang. In fact, I am in an Oceanic guild who transferred from Darklands. I don't see any problem. Just that too much people whining in Gorfang ahaha.

I hope Mythic does merge the server to make sure 24/7 action is going on. I believe rather than spending on a few servers, its better to have lesser server with better hardwares to cope with more users thus enabling us to have fun 24/7.

I have no other complaints now since my connection to Gorfang is smooth. Just a slight delay though but its waaaaaay better than the timeouts that I constantly get while @ Darklands.

My order toons are now in Gorfang and Destro to Volkmar.

Lately, without VPN, I have latency issues. Any idea how to connect to VPN via a router?

tell me more about gorfang. i've seen gorfang high/high but volkmar is always med/med 24/7.

both server own by order? i was impression order weaker in gorfang since both side have exp bonus. other server only destro have bonus.

i miss my IB. getting bored doing nothing in DC 6pm-12.

I get more action playing T4 destro in Volkmar between 10pm-1am. But order seems like the stronger faction here.

Gorfang have less action during our primetime, if you ask me. Pretty even steven here thus far.

My friends and I moved to Volkmar. Apparently the whole oceanic has moveed to Volkmar. Non stop action. If you moved to Gorfang you can file a petition to get your toons moved to Volkmar.

I'll stay in Dark Crag cause I'm loving the destros. Don't need to RvDoor anymore. I moved my Darklands Order toons to Gorfang for future play.

Ya i too moved all my lvl 40 order to gorfang. Also starting DoK on volkmar =)

But lately destro keep killing with 1-3 shots, and i cant even heal myself because im stuck in animation! some new exploit or just horrible lag (worse than usual)

My Destro toon on volkmar join Radical Dreamers R36 guild. lots of malaysian. very active.

since aion start, some1 use my account to run lv and tovl.

i like war more than aion but i don't think i'm going back unless there'st 500 ppl online 24/7 in a server. playing war for 1 sc/hour is dumb.

will re-sub in nov if that guy still want to use my toon.
