we'll need to put alot of things into consideration.

Why not? More pple can buy then, hihihihi...

I kidd i kidd, i understand the concern. Well for this situation, this is my suggestion:

Register alone: Get 5 - 10% discount.
Register + prepaid tournament fees: Get further 10% or more discount = total of 20% at least.

This way, you could lower down the no-show problem too.

Although I believe m00tsumi will still FFK though. *am waiting from him to show off where he get his cheaper games nyahahaha*
