Singapore capital land might be the buyer behind, but nobody knows. nevertheless, someone DID purchase their share with RM0.30 thru off-market direct deal. and this counter pays dividend on time, at least 1 time or sometimes twice per year. some more hey are cash rich and totally debt free, so it's extremely healthy
