I thought full ROM only counts?

For bodybuilding, there's every reason to do partial reps especially when they want to place emphasis on the chest. The lowest 1/2 of the ROM, hits the chest and shoulders. The upper half brings on the tricep activation more. Though his ROM is a bit short, but whatever works.

full ROM can be such a b**** especially when you got long limbs. by the time your chest gets pumped up, your triceps give out first. hahahahahah.
