How??? It seems windows XP can run it pretty well but it just won't start in my windows 7 even though I set the compatibility to windows XP/Vista/2000!

You can check with Celcom for assistance on that. Since they are distributing it, they *should* provide support for it. But Windows 7 is not released yet so I think there will be lack of driver support for these devices as well.
