not dual panel bro.. but dual psu.. btw just saw ur sleeving skill (u sleeving ur sata cable)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

since my digicam is back.. so i will upload the sleeving n the secondary psu.. n might be a guide to do sleeving..

the psu i buy.. if 1st owner see it.. brows.gif it alrdy been operate haha..

user posted image

the cable n switch..

user posted image

where i plan to ut this 2nd psu.. near the hdisk bay.. n dvdrom/writer..

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

sleeving ...

here the 8pin sleeve that i hv alrdy made..

user posted image

how it will be look like.. tongue.gif

user posted image

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

how i do the sleeving...

user posted image

tool tongue.gif

i hv alrdy tape the atx pin with tape, this is to avoid cable stuck inside sleeve..

user posted image

i shrink the 1st heatshrink at the end of sleeve, using lighter (dont burn it direct, but just move2 only).. !! dont touch the heatshrink when it still hot.. coz u will make ur fingerprint on it. tongue.gif

*do use a sharp 'gunting' to cut ur sleeve, n burn a bit at the end (both end) after u cut the sleeve.. !!do measure ur sleeve wise b4 cut it.. if not, it will be too short or too long..

**how the measure- do hold the edge of cable side by side with ur sleeve, then pull the sleeve with cable !!this will give u nearly accurate length for the sleeve.. u really need to pull (tarik) it.. coz need it to hold tight to ur cable when u do this sleeving..

user posted image

i put the 2nd heatshirnk.. n burn it.. biggrin.gif

user posted image

how it look with both side been shrink..

user posted image

Added on August 18, 2009, 10:19 pmmy other fitting is on the way.. so by next update might be doing wc n pwr up 2nd psu (just for testing wc).. hehe..

the sleeving, on long delay for it.. so i will use ori da750 cable temporary.. coz need to use the balance to sleeve my 2nd psu.. biggrin.gif

one trick to shrink the heatshrink is to use the solder pen...
works great.

with lighter i always burn up the sleeve together... but with the solder pen... it can be done in less than 1 minuted laugh.gif
just put the solder pen to the heatshrink and it will shrink up...

also try to use solder b4, yup it burn/shrink nice compare with lighter.. but it slow (solder not too hot maybe, might be those watt issue).. haha.. n some time if not careful, will melt those sleeve.. doh.gif .. happen when im using solder pen.. i think by using adjustable (heat) solder, will be fast n nice..
