This is a GREAT opportunity for badminton lovers to
1) for YOU to LEARN from each other,

2) to TEST your own skill after a long series of practices and

3) bring yourself to a HIGHER level.

Details:
Venue: Ara Courts Badminton Hall (Click to see MAP- http://bit.ly/oEKD8)

Date: 11th, 12th and 13th December 2009

Fees: RM 25 for single and RM 40 for doubles (confirmed).

Category:
Under 18 (will be starting on 11th December- Friday~ school holiday

1) MEN (single and double) and
2) WOMEN (single and double)- (hopefully there are enough female participants)
3) MIX

Above 18 (will be starting on 12th December- Saturday)
1) MEN (single and double) and
2) WOMEN (single and double)- (hopefully there are enough female participants)
3) MIX

Type: knock out (due to limited time) / the score system-21 point/ 3 sets

Others: Court, shuttle and drinks will be provided for free.
Remember to bring racket and extra t-shirt as you might have to play 2-3 games in one day!

Payment: MBN will update you with this.

Deadline for the payment and registration: 5/12/2009. I will send a message to all the guest to inform you guys when the date is near.

Confirming of game: For confirmed guest, please send me a mail with your details (name, contact, email, category you wish to participate) through facebook to confirm which category you wish to participate in. If doubles, please send me your details together with your friends details. Thanks for your cooperation.

Details: players OPPONENTS are decided base on DRAWING system to avoid any unfair selection of opponents. In addition, to be fair to all the participants, it is better not to have seeding since participants are all unknown to each other. So it is the matter of luck and skill that actually bring you to the top. Please understand the situation as this is the only fair ways to run the tournament.

Bro, i'm interested to join the club but i have a problem with my shoulder. About 6 years ago, i twisted my shoulder during a badminton game. There was a cracking sound from my shoulder but no pain. A week later when i returned for another badminton session, i realized sharp pain in my shoulder when playing. For another 2-3 more session onwards, the pain is still there. Finally unbearable i quit. I've been longing to return to badminton. May i ask if any of your guys have experience dealing with such injuries? Anyone have seen sports injuries specialist before? Are they expensive?

No idea about ur problem.

My friend also had the same problem. He went to a tit ta sensei and had a very painful massage.
One painful massage costed around $30++. After 2 sessions, kao dim liao.
