I changed to Desktop modem while I still can as it is within their 7 days cooling period. However, have to use my brother's name to register as they barred any registration from anyone who retreats within 7 days for a month. Please beware of this issue. Desktop packages are more stable. smile.gif
I stay around this area too. Connection is superb with both wiggy and desktop modem.  wink.gif

Bro, how come your DIGI can get such speed? Where is your location in KL get the speed 22mbps? If really 22mbps, maxis & celcom max 3.6mbps need to say bye bye already.

Bro, your location is in puchong with this speed? Is it Wiggy 10mbps? Are you sure really the real 7mbps you got? If yes, this will be 7 times of the streamyx speed, did you test any download before? Pls share the file downloading speed with us, thanx!

Yes I am based in Puchong when I tested this Wiggy 10mbps package. However, I can only achieve this speed if I am surfing outside. If surfing inside my room can get only 2-3Mbps and connection are quite unstable inside the room. Suggest you to take Desktop package because although the download speed will be slower than Wiggy, at least it's stable. smile.gif

Download speed varies. I can achieve 500-600kBps from Microsoft at the time of test but decided to unsubscribed because I prefer stability. wink.gif

Renew? I think it's automatically renewed. There's a promotion currently, get Wimax and free three months broadband access fee. But however, I suggest you to test it and make sure it's stable and provide average acceptable speed for you. wink.gif

Icehart, 500-600kbps? Is it so stable at this speed when downloading? Pls try nvidia.com to download the driver and tell me the speed ok? Many ppl still said P1 not stable yet, and currently still streamyx affordable if we surf at home. What you think?

Fake speed.

3.5G HSPA theoretical throughput is at 14.4Mbps, yours beyond that ... so either you are a good photoshop designer or you are using LAN connection inside Digi office or plug in to one of Digi transmission switch!

And not to mention, there is no 3.5G devices out there that can go beyond the speed of 7.2Mbps!

If want to fake, also have to fake smartly tongue.gif Lowyatnet people not stupid.

I am sorry I cannot test for you currently because I already terminate my Wiggy 149. Yes, you can reach 500-600KBps for the speed but bear in mind the speed keeps on fluctuating. At times it can be as low as 100kBps and at times it can be 700kBps. So when you download something, please do not trust the Estimated time of completion. It's too unstable. smile.gif

wired always beat wireless~ wireless technology is such~ distance and signal strength are the most important~ if u aren't within 500m to the nearest transmitting tower, there isn't much to say about latency or stability~

I'm wondering why Seremban still don't have P1 coverage but Tampin got?

Well, I'm quite dissapointed with P1 WiMax last 2 weeks. I get 2 weeks hell slow connection and after that, the speed return to normal or even faster. Now 4 weeks already, really satisfy with P1 rclxms.gif

it would be ideal to borrow a friend's modem and test it~ congestion is the main issue~ if u share the same communication tower with too many people, confirm slow speed~ be extra careful especially if u r planning on a Wiggy~
