Think of this NGN as a badly managed firewall router in between your modem and computer.

That's why those TM script readers always ask you to do a DIRECT connection to troubleshoot. They should try it themselves. When that happens it is when we'll stop complaining about slow torrenting and timeouts.

It was like this many years back when Streamyx first started. No one complained except for the downtimes and equipment failures. Today it's the opposite.

Serious jaring users should do traceroute and PM the screenshot/HTML/TXT result of the trace to ppl in this forum that is going to meet with MCMC and TM's Top Managements, only with such prove we can work together bring TM down

If you read the first post, traceroutes are blocked/dead. However, I posted a PingPlotter traceroute on the first page.

Sorry, i forgot that it was mentioned at first post. So it means that since NGN is implemented Jaring is facing slow connections and traceroutes are blocked?

Not everything can be blamed on TMNet smile.gif That's a fault of ours, as we've postponed the database server upgrade for a month. It's timing out because of that.

Yes, your server need to be upgraded.
25MB/sec is not enough... Those high traffic in /k/ sucks up the bandwidth alot.

For this cases calling them is not the best way to rectify problems.
