Hi guys. im building a rig for my bro and now having some difficulties. every time i enter windows, i keep on having a freeze screen. this problem

happen if i use my pcie gc. if i use my onboard vga, after i enter the windows my screen flicker and then turn black. Anyone can help me with this

problem?Below is my spec.

1x AMD 7850BE proc
1x ECS A780GM-A mobo
1x HD4850 GS
1x huntkey 550w psu
1x 2gb 800mhz ram kingston
1x 640gb hard disk
2x fan
22' lcd monitor

My chipset heatsink is very hot. temperature in bios is about 50+'c.

Nope i never done oc. the problem happen after i finish installing the onboard vga driver. when entering windows, my screen flicker-flicker a bit. then

after sometime it turn black. if i plugin my hd4850 gc, i kept freezing after booting up into windows. already replace the GC and RAM but seems its not

the problem.

if can , aviod to install the driver from cd ... download the latest driver from official sites , and try to install it and see tongue.gif

the chipset is very hot.try to check the contact of processor to the heatsink.
have you try using the build in gc first. i beleive its a heat related issue.
