Before they stopped receiving phone calls I have already changed the nameservers to a temporary server but now I'd like to change it again.. baithost oh baithost.. vmad.gif

argh.. i dont care what happens to the company already.
all i want is my backup and my domain control back! mad.gif

I wonder why their services so bad, is that their saff above, still young... What about their technical experience, do they manage the server?

If you found the server don't have RAID configurations, that is absolute not a good hosting, because failure will happen anytime.

no service...nothings...
no reply from emails. tickets..
all phone unanswered or not in service or no turn on at alll....

after 2days still down...I could have built and install and restore the who damm things within a day...

baithost...your freq failure is beyond believe. Just FIX IT!!
