It seems you were on Vista then installed XP.
So now you can only boot into XP.
Plenty of ways to do this, but you seem to be using EasyBCD.
So we're going to restore the Vista Bootloader using that.

Grab EasyBCD and install it on XP. I think it needs .NET Framework 2.0.

1. Run EasyBCD
2. Click the Add/Remove Entries tab
3. In the 'Add An Entry' section, change the drive to your XP drive. Change the Type to Windows NT/2K/XP/2003. Change the Name to anything you want like "Microsoft Windows XP"
4. Click 'Add Entry' then 'Save'
5. Click on the Manage Bootloader tab.
6. Select Reinstall the Vista Bootloader, then click Write MBR
7. Restart your PC

Voila!

What did you select for the Drive letter in the 'Add An Entry' for XP?
Did you pick C: ?
I'm pretty sure your XP drive is NOT C:
the Vista partition should be C: while XP should be on the next available letter, usually E:
