i need to access to controls inside my user controls (which added programatically)

no controls which added directly to a page.

coz my user controls will be more complicated with many things inside.

just like each reply box in LYN. each has buttons, textbox, and many functionalities. that's what my user control gonna be. the sample i give is simple one .
