Anyone encountered this before?
Does anybody have any idea? I've tried various possible solutions but it doesn't work.

I've re-installed my SWSE a number of time but still failed.

please learn to read logs for solving problems. In linux/unix, most of the problems can be solve by reading the log files. Most logs are stored in /var/log folder. Search the log file mentioned in your apache config and see detailed error.
