Here's some extra important FAQ.
Deserters and draft dodgers are subject to punishment of a fine of up to but not exceeding RM 3000, and/or up to six months of jail. Deferrals to a later date are allowed. Exclusion from the program requires that the conscript fall under one of the following ten categories:[3]
Insanity
Physically disabled
Currently being held under preventive detention (such as the Internal Security Act)
Undergoing drug rehabilitation
Detained by the Children's Act of 2001 (Act 612)
Fatal disease or condition, as confirmed by a medical officer.
Contagious disease, as confirmed by a medical officer.
Full-time member or full-time trainee of the Malaysian Armed Forces, Royal Malaysian Police, Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department,Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency or Prisons Department of Malaysia.
Pregnant women
Non selected civilians are also allowed to volunteer to enter the program after filling out certain forms in camps.

7am - breakfast start
8am - roll call, assembly+short briefing
9am - class
10.30am - tea break
11am - 12.30pm - class

1pm - 1.45pm - bath, rest, etc
1.45pm - 1.55pm - roll call
2pm - 4.30pm - physical module(obstacle crossing, flying fox, water activities, marching, etc)
4.30 - 5pm - tea break
around 5pm - briefing/roll call
5.30pm - 6.30pm - riadah
6.30pm - 7pm - dinner
7.15pm like that - muslim go to surau for solat, non muslim stay in dorm(free time)
8.45pm - go to dewan for next roll call

9.15pm - briefing for tomorrow/up coming activities
9.30pm -10.30pm/11pm/11.30pm/12am - watch videos/movies that are related to the class module/ceramah/etc
