Please help me with D-link DSL 520b ?, I wonder how to configure setting ?? (Wireless)

Hi guys , would you guys please help me out here ? I'm having problem to connect to internet with my newly bought D-link DSL 520b (modem router) ? Problem i've have had was i couldn't connect to my Wifi router (Netgear WGT624) to internet successfully with that modem , any solution ? Thx for reading my issue , your help will be appreciated .

PS : The default IP address for both devices are 192.168.1.1 , windows always said the ip conflict problem , how to solve this ??

Try 192.168.1.2 to c.

What do you mean?
Means you connected to your router, but failed to connect to the internet?
I don't really understand what you're trying to say.
