On an APS-C camera a 16-50mm lens will give you about the same angle of view as the 24-70mm on a Full Frame camera.

So to get about the same angle of view on the APS-C as the 24-70mm you can opt for the CZ16-35 F2.8 lens! You lose only 20mm on the tele end.

agree..but 1635 sounds kinda...short to me >.< not that often using so wide for portrait shooting(which i love to use bright aperture)....

I went to Wisma Merdeka Sony Centre looking for A330... unfortunately tak ada sad.gif
Asked the lady about the A330, and she said that 330 not available whole msia. When I said in KL dah ada, she "corrected" herself saying seluruh east malaysia tak ada ... duh... blink.gif

tak dapat nak tengok, pengang2, cuba A330 sad.gif cry.gif

mm.. i tried out the body a330 today. i would say, i left disappointed. the weight, grip and feel. i prefer the older version.
am choosing between sony 28mm f2.8, sony 50mm f1.8 and tamron 17-50mm f2.8 for my next lens. a newbie here. i do potrait, food photography and landscape. any advise? thanks.

what other lens do you have?
for me (no lens), I'd choose the tamron 1750 f2.8 for the flexibility alone for different shooting needs. smile.gif

i tested on sony 50mm f1.8 and 28mm f2.8. i was more impressed with the 28f28.
