normal GPRS charges is 10cents/10KB ..
some say it uses gprs once (10KB) just for locking...
and some says it will continously uses gprs throught the navigation period...

so donno which one is correct?? i guess have to wait till my latest hp bill arrive...

Yay, just contacted a lowyat seller, gonna get my new set of 5800 later!

He claimed that it's original but his price is really cheap. Looking at his testimonials and long trade list. Should be trust-able. Hope so...

GSM will use GPRS.. there are times when i get locked on fast.. most of the time freaking slow.

gprs,edge,3g juz de diff in conn speed...if u in gprs supportd area den will use gprs..if edge den edge..3g den 3g(if 3g supported phone and with 3g simcard lar )...still 1sen/kB or less..

just checked...

my phone has Zero GPRS configuration. no 3g Sim card and i dun have Edge. therefore... my AGPS is dud. It has no internet connection at all --'
no wonder i am still using the integrated GPS without much success..

My digi at most uses less than 5kb per time, so it's cheap, anyone who disable AGPS must be crazy as 5800 is +/-RM1K and so stingy about the AGPS 5KB usage.....

I'm on digi and no 3g but my AGPS still function, as long as got GPRS can edi.
