How come i cant PM ppl? They said you reached the limit for PM today? How come?

Due to recent spates of PM spamming, we have introduced a PM sending quota system which will affect new members. It is best explained in the following example:-

A member who registers today gets to send an unlimited number of PMs to only 3 distinct members. Tomorrow, that member gets to send an unlimited number of PMs to 6 different members. The day after, it is 9, following that, 12. And it keeps increasing...

We believe that this change will have no effect on the large majority of our members and to the rest, only poses a tiny inconvenience.

No, unless you hit the BACK button on your browser and copy back all that message down.

but mine seems like not increasing..it was like the same number for so many days..>.< i juz sent very few msgs but it said dat i reached the limit dy!
how come?! it really frustrates me..>.< when ppl wanna ask me sth but i couldnt reply...i feel so bad..aih..>.<
