So the ratio is good or bad? Without the sizable contract for 14 months I assumed the ratio will be bad..

Debts to asset ratio, eg Net Asset NTA, has nothing directly to do with contract.

Contracts will only ensure there is a flow of projects, hence more upside to the net profit (assuming margins are okay).

For me, indirectly..No project=No profit=No money =No money to pay the debts...just my shallow thinking.
