Rules:

1. Entry kit MUST be RX-78-2 (dont care from which version as long its RX). Other kit will not be entertained.

1. The duration of this GB is 2 months. Starting from today(11 June 2009) until 30 August 2009. Overdue entry will not be entertained.

2. The GB are open for all, newbie or expert alike. Up to you want to Mod or not. Paint or not. Lining or not. All are free to enter.

3. Scale are free also, can be from SD to SG to FG to HG to NG to MG or even a PG

4. GFF and HCM series ARE not allowed.

5. Newbie are encourage to join, as you can learn more stuff during the GB showing off day.

6. OOB snap fit are also welcome.

7. Prefer the participants are from KL so they can bring out the finish kit on the showing off day. (no picture only please)


and also on the showing off day, we will have a photography session.

maybe we will come out with some sort of wallpaper or something to remember this GB

Feel free to ask question about the GB.

eh just oob build with minimal paint job ar? the time given seem to be very short leh.

Everyone bring own camera to shoot la if want.
Don't want shoot just move aside lor when people shoot.

Small Update... to stoke some fires.



Couldn't find a 2.0 with a nice enough price today so BB200 it is. Colour seperation for the RX-78 itself is rather good, with only five apparent spots that need masking. Also has a pseudo inner frame which is kinda neat. Comes with a small core fighter unit which needs quite a bit more work to make it look good though.

Unfortunately the hands and arms are 2 seperate pieces only, which means the hands cannot turn. Not going to do any modding, especially as the one month deadline means only four weekend gunpla sessions at most. The hyper bazooka is also molded in a single colour.

Not going to bother with the core fighter and the bazooka. Looking forward to some experimenting with dry brushing and panel line washes though.
