The XFX 4890 Black Edition is pretty cool, but it uses the reference cooling/fan, which I don't think is enough too sustain the heat, plus it would make too much noise.

If if was me, I'd go for the equally-overclocked Sapphire 4890 Atomic.

But until the next-gen cards arrive, I'll survive with my Sapphire 4890 Vapor-X cards tongue.gif. Good enough performance for now.

GeCube:
Reference Card producer for ATi
Gigabyte:
High quality component + software to oc and monitor.
XFX:
Normal quality stuff with great design
ZoTac:

Gainward:
Known for "golden sample" good price for oced card
Manli:
New competitor, offer nice price with good cooling, quality is moderate only
ASUS:
High quality + good design + ok-ok cooling = very high price

Palit:

try taking off the expansion slot covers on each side of your card at the back of your case. Maybe add some case fans and do some cable management to improve air circulation.
