I read ebook about dieting and I learn alot from it. The title 'burn the fat, feed the muscle' . Try to read it and practice it.

If I have a buffet dinner, I will just go. If you know the date of it. Cut or reduce your calories 3 days before the buffet. And on that day, eat more than you usually eat. But don't overeat until feeling to puke. Eat until you feel full. Eat more nutritious food first like vegetable like salad, chicken/fish/beef spaghetti and fruits

They are periods when I'm seriously bad. But as long as I don't do it for too long, I will lose it very fast within 1-2 weeks.

Don't think I can control food intake when it comes to CNY laugh.gif It's fine to eat more than u usually do. Say, today there's a buffett lunch/ dinner and you took a lot. So for the next few days, eat less than (but balanced) meal. I just ate ice cream so for my lunch, dinner and tomorrow's meals - all will be cut down.

Not necessarily. It depends on individual. My friend went to Fitness First and go for the threadmill. Unfortunately she only burns 250 calories for the whole 1 hour of excercise. It's obvious that threadmill doesn't suit her, which is why she burns less.

The calorie count on the treadmill is not very accurate.. I have a different reading everytime. I guess people with different height, weight and metabolism burns calories at a different rate.

Clean up ur diet.
Eat less calories than you need.
Exercise to use more energy while at the same time eating less.
Senang tapi susah nak apply.

myremi : I think I still have got alot to learn about losing weight sad.gif Have a safe trip!

Actually I heard that exercise is just 30% of the losing weight process and the 70% is what you eat.
I used to go to the gym 7 days a week and I still didn't lose a single kg..

Is this fact true?
