bought a sony 40" and bring it back home in my proton savvy.. fit just nicely.. but immediately lock all door.. afraid it will push open byitself laugh.gif

erm, 40' can fit savvy....do u think 50' can fit into gen2?if can, just want to cash and carry....afraid to hear all the story.. sweat.gif

In regards to the above matter, I am a representative from legend ss2. We from Legend ss2 has been open for over 20 years, and we are confident and have a certain name of our own. after thoroughly going through our system, we manage to check that only 2 of the s10 model has been sold by our company as of 10 jun 2009, as this is a new model. It is also a company policy for us to deliver our goods to customer directly.By saying this, we only deliver goods to the customer him/herself, this is for safety purposes. furthermore, delivering goods to a maid is impossible. We are also afraid if anything goes missing while we are over, we would get the blame for it.

Once an order is done, our logistic departement will automatically arrange for a delivery, and our logistic department doesn't have a women employee, as mention by the above post. and as for a worker name lian, the only person that comes close to this name is an employee by the name of liang, is this him? Even if this is him, as according to our records, liang did not sold any s10 models until 10 jun 2009.

as according to the post above, payment was made via cheque. if the goods was delivered in a bad condition/different modal, stopping the cheque would be the obvious thing to do. if all this is true, why not stop the cheque? If an order was made, there would deffinately be an invoice from us. with prove of this invoice, my manager has agreed to compensate RM5000. Please bring this invoice to our shop, and if all this is false, please delete this tread so that the name of our company wont be affected.

We are confident that all this is UNTRUE, and please do not make false accusation on our company. If u really do have the invoice, please come forward with it and prove yourself. Don't give our company a bad name by making false treads here.

Please call our company at 012-3893063, if u really do have the invoice, we will make the conpensation.

it's good that legend ss2 representative comes here to clarify this

i dont really care what your company did last time. As long as they improve their customer service and be honest, things will improve and settle up.

daren123,as for your info, either ur company has a bad name and reputation last time as your competitor shop has police report against you and the same police report your company has against the shop beside you. But this is not important, as you know internet nowadays play important role to your company sales and reputation.

Up thru this years, your legend company has being expanding rapidly, can tell from your boss driving mercedes S class and wearing rolex watch and the whole row of legend shop in ss2. So the history of your company whether bad or good is not important anymore.

What's is important is NOW. How you guys make business. By assuming from your reply, I guess legend did improve. Your company has expand and no point risking anything in the future to jeorpadize the business as one crook salesman and mistake will lead the business down as you know the power of INTERNET.

The lady has spoken rclxms.gif .....but 2 bad experiences is enuf for me not to go back to Legend.

They say 1st mistake is because u r just human. 2nd mistake could happen when u try to give 1st mistake a second chance but if u let same mistakes happen to u thrice...u r just simply stupid rolleyes.gif

Replying to this thread doesn't mean Legend is improving. I RECENTLY have a few bad experiences at Legend myself, with George and Liang. I called and ask for electrical appliances like iron and rice cooker, they say have stock. I travel all the way to SS2, imagine the toll and petrol, when I reach there they pretend to be searching up and down and tell me NO STOCK, left display unit, and ask me to take the display unit at the same price - not even cheaper! The price they offer me when i was there was also higher than the price they quote me over the phone. Something like luring me over there.... This happens for a few times and I stop buying from Legend SS2 from that day onwards.

With all the live experience sharing from the forumers here, I would never step in Legend again.... Truth is so many electronic shops out there, why should we need to visit once that known to have bad reputation?

From my experience the bad apples are only from the SS2 branch. Their Sri Petaling branch is totally the opposite, particularly Mr.Lim. Friendly and helpful. So, just go SS2 Murni for food, never ever step into Legend.

those who went to legend ss2 before, you see those salesman face also looks like crooks, worst than those pirated dvd seller
