Hi,

I'm newbie with this pfSense. I having problem configure squid with pfsense. Pfsense come with embedded squid mods. So, if really simple to install. But when i set squid as transparent. LAN and OPT cannot access internet. I already add allow LAN and OPT. Any one have experience with this GUI?

Thank you.

Added on June 4, 2009, 9:42 amNow my pfsense can work perfect. The problem is pfsense cannot use port 80 or 443 for web gui. If you use, when i set squid as transparent proxy, squid will not working. So, i change to port 441 and it's work smooth. rclxms.gif

1. check the firewall rules for LAN / OPT1. doubt it will be the problem bcoz by default all traffic can pass tru, but no harm checking.

2. On squid setting (Proxy server: General Setting) make sure u bind multiple interface (in this case LAN & OPT1) by holding CTRL and select on the list. Then, click save.

i think it should solve your problem.
