Buy Goat's Milk Shower Cream. I used to use the one from Follow Me. There's no smell like Goat Milk and amazingly, it cleared the rash on my upper arms.

Then I reduce my sugar and carb intake and increase veggie intake which reduce the spots.

Doctor will give you a topical cream that contains steroids. It may help but best is to actually look at your diet.

heat rash occurs for certain people, as far as i know... i think it's because our pores got inflamed or something.. sweating just isn't enough to release heat.

Goats milk huh? I think I'll try that out. thanks man!

I don't think drinking water will help (by much). Have you tried consuming anti-histamine? Anti-histamine is a medication for allergy. I can't seems to find it here in Guardian or Watson, but I didn't ask for the pharmacist since I can live without it. I just do not go under the sun for too long.

Btw, have you been living aboard for long? Because my heat rash developed after living in Vancouver.

I can't live without anti histamine! Well not really, but I sometimes have sneezing and runny nose problem (especially in the morning) few times in a week. So I'll make sure I always have anti histamine with me. You need to ask the pharmacist for one if you need it. Try Clarinase (a name for one of the anti histamines available).

Added on November 20, 2009, 12:28 pmI have this problem too. Its sensitive skin. I haven't really been observing on whether drinking a lot of water helps. But you can try shower gels for sensitive skin such as Sebamed and Eucerin. They are a bit expensive but what to do. =)
