haha... this is really an interesting game to play..no need much of your time but still can feel like you're really running a NBA team

BTW, i'm going up to top league of Malaysia, MBBA after this season lor hope can challenge the top teams there and stay in the league for next season.

1st of all, you should fire those useless player, means their main skill less than average, then go to transfer market bid the cheap + normal + higher exp player.(below 10-30k can get)


player skill guide as below:

Point Guard
(1) Handling, Passing (fire if both skill less than average)
(2) Outside Defense, Driving
(3) Jump Shot, Jump Range, Inside Shot

Shooting Guard
(1) Jump Shot, Jump Range (fire if both skill less than average)
(2) Handling, Passing,
(3) Driving, Outside Defense, Inside Shot

Small Forward
(1) Jump Shot, Jump Range, Outside Defense (fire if skills less than average)
(2) Handling, Passing, Driving
(3) Inside Shot, Inside Defense
(4) Rebounding

Power Forward
(1) Inside Shot, Inside Defense (fire if both skill less than average)
(2) Rebounds, Blocks
(3) Driving, Passing
(4) Jump Shot, Handling

Center

what you need to buy now is :

Center: with respectable Inside Shot, Inside Defense, Rebounds. (rebounds can higher)

PF : Strong Inside Shot, mediocre Inside Defense, Rebounds (inside shot can be higher skill) + respectable driving is better

PG: respectable Handling, Passing, average Outside defense

SF: outside shot strong skill, Jump Range, Outside Defense mediocre or higher

SG: respectable Jump Shot, Jump Range, +respectable driving is better


now is new season, if you got player in age 18-20 with allstar potential or higher, you can train him, 48min training needed per week in the right position.
hire higher lv trainer before training..

what you can not do is:
don't build arena,
don't hire Doc with high level
(save money for future use)

neh, now u're still online at 1am mah...
but normally i'll scout at transfer anytime when i login, even afternoon or morning, you never know if there is any good players to buy, i just managed to get 1 good player recently around evening, so you can always scout around anytime, especially when day time, less people means less competition too

However, as a new team, the first few things i would suggest is:
1. Not rush into transfer market to buy any players coz it might wasting ur valuable money. not easy to make huge money in BB
2. Focus on your talented young players, if they are in the position that you want to train, train them, it's better to buy from outside, cost less and it only take 1-2 seasons to have a star player at your division, and you could be very fast promoted into division 2.
3. save your money to get a better level of coach so that your trainees will get faster boost on their skills
