i went to one of the internet cafe at lembah permai, penang... one of the line shown TMnet Telekom Malaysia and the ip is 218.208... tested with speedtest to china site, the result is so impressive, too bad i cant post the result that day.

and i think it's all tmnet problem
because their 219.XX proxy also slow

bro... sometimes the RADIUS server may be down....but not all the user get the effect.... try cal their center.... 1800882646 and press 1.... the oper may busy...so be patient.... smile.gif gratz...
