This VPN server is set and being used by myself.In most of time,I just use it for VOIP,surfing Internet and gaming purposes.The ping time to China server is only around 90-150ms,the total bandwidth is between 5-10Mbps in most of time.





As you know,the cost of a Singapore Server is quite expensive.Thus,I decide to share the service with 5-8 people who are only willing for a stably high speed,low latency international connectivity(especially to China and Hong Kong) and restrictedly NO P2P(except VOIP service/streaming,eg. Skype,PPlive,PPStream etc).

Temporarily I don't block any port so that all users could use the service quite free.However,as what I say that most P2P services are prohibited,so I will terminate the account once I find someone abusing his 'privillage' to use prohibited P2P services,absolutely with no refund.However,some P2P streaming programs are still allowed,such as PPlive or PPStream,however,not encouraged.Meanwhile,one account could only be used in one computer at the same time.

No activity which is prohibited by Malaysia/Singapore Government is allowed by using this VPN.All users must take full responsibility on their own activities.Please read the above Terms and Conditions clearly and only subscribe the service after you fully understand and agree to use the VPN service under the indicated terms.

Added on May 20, 2009, 10:08 pmI have to inform all users here that China Telecom currently has some major issues on their servers.Thus,all connections to China will face some critical issues such as slow speed and high latency.Using the VPN could reduce average 100ms latency when visiting some major China websites,but it's still quite high-arounf 400ms.Normally by using VPN,the ping to those websites only take average 60-90ms.
