Hi I have an IT shop in Lucky Garden Bangsar (www.sn.im/wflocation). I am looking to sublet my front room (which is used as a demo) to a graphic designer (need not be web designer but must be able to converse in English), free Internet, air-con, electricity, workstation, furniture etc. and best of all free IT support. From time to time, can collaborate on website projects and I will pay for flyer design etc.

However, I do not have color printers, if you intend to do printing for your customers yourself, you have to provide your own printers or send to surrounding areas printers (print shops in nearby Brickfields or in Bangsar itself).
