hi. Run into a problem. My diamond 2 cant seems to be detected via USB. when i plug in, it detects for a few seconds and then gone with the message on PC (device error or something like that). I tried like 20 times with 4 different PCs and only twice can get connected successfully.

can advise is this a driver issue or hardware?

Try using another data cable. Could be loose connection.

If all fail, a hard reset would most probably solve the problem. smile.gif
