i have buy VGA 2168 at sq.wang plaza with component ps2 cable. the instrution said ps2 console must set progressive mode on. i have set the progressive mode on using a dvd player control panel while dvd movie is in the console, this because ps2 progressive mode only can be set in the dvd player control panel only, normal console setting does not have. then i try to playing ps2 game that support progressive mode but my monitor turn to blank, then i change load a dvd movie back into the ps2 console and my monitor can display the movie perfectly.why when i want to play ps2 game my monitor turn to blank back.i thing the progressive mode is only turn on while plaing dvd movie only?any comment?

ppl, please help. I've purshased a Farmer VGA Box to PS2. i do all the correct settings to ypbpr, but when i connect do my monitor (ACER AL2016W) it says "input not supported".
What i've to do? I thing it is work but i don't know. PLEASE HELP ME. PS2 is connected by the VPBPR cable connect to the box, and the monitor is connected by the vga cable to the "Monitor" input of the box. When i turn on PS2 the monitor picture changes to "Input not supported". |

Long time never been here .
You don't need vga box for ps3 input , what you need is your LCD must support HDCP over DVI , or have HDMI input . Then , just buy a HDMI to DVI adapter . |

man used gadmei 5830 that support 16:9 and component also graphics not as good as in TV . guess need to try tv tuner card see how..

VGA box 2188 support 480i or not?(and also for 480p and 720p)
I wanna buy a VGA box tat fully compatible with Wii, X360, PS2 and Gamecube, so 480i is needed.... |

guys pls help me.. i hav a samsung 931bw lcd monitor.. im trying to hook it up with my ps2. currently i hv a GameEarth MagicBox2 vga converter and the output is really bad. i've tried all d setups (4:3, full, 16:9) and all sorts of games, d display is still distorted badly even when i setup the monitor to auto or manual.

As for as I know on all VGA Box.
As for tv resolution consider not bad But if you guys hook it up on a plasma or lcd it looks like crap (only for Wii/Xbox 360 / Ps3 only) |
