Need some help here. I bought this recently.

If I set to bulb (which shows symbol "--" on the lcd panel in remote mode), then press once to trip shutter, and press second time to close it. But the thing is, when I trip to close, the camera proceed to trip again the shutter. What could be the problem? I only one to take ONE shot, not multiple shots. Could it be that the battery of the remote is already weak causing this problem? rclxub.gif flex.gif hmm.gif

QUOTE
Bulb, abbreviated B, is a shutter speed setting on an adjustable camera that allows for time exposures under the direct control of the photographer. With this setting, the shutter simply stays open as long as the shutter release button remains depressed. An alternative setting common on film cameras is Time,  abbreviated T, where the button is pressed once to open the shutter and and again to close it.

It's subjective. Some photographers may want softer pictures, especially for portrait. tongue.gif

I use this thing most of the time for 30 seconds shot. No problem at all. but if use for bulb (actually the mode is like Time as per wiki definition) then camera goes into infinite loop. Every time press to close shutter, it will shoot another frame. doh.gif Maybe need to buy the one with 3m cable to do proper bulb shots. Why cant they make cable release like the old days. Cost maybe 20 ringgit only. Works the same and no need batteries shakehead.gif .

Good attempt. Good details. But not exactly the best angle (for me).
