I am looking for hosting recently, but I want someone company who can promise with 99.99 uptime... that means is 0.01 download is allowed in a year..... Can TNN make it??

I'm about to buy a hosting from t&n but there I got some problem while I'm about to pay.
I wonder if T&N support Wang Pos or not? It is because I don't have a credit card (I'm still a student) so I've to choose this payment method.
If it is able to pay with Wang Pos, anything I need to mention in the form and Wang Pos? such as Wang Pos No., invoice no. or something else.

Really thanks to T&N as they provide such cheap hosting which enable my dream to create a blog. Thanks a lot.
