do you charge for handling warranty all 3 years?

and does high point accept end user warranty request?
as recently i tried tp rma my asus mobo at highpoint, they said only deal with retail shops

no charge, most shop charge you because they lazy do warranty & service their customers

my cust went before, so far np, else if you doubt, just send back to me, i help you do
