A fren noticed that she feel got one biji like pimple at her private parts grow near the lips(i think labia). When she pressed, got nanah come out like normal pimple on our face. Is it normal for pimple to grow down there? Or is it something more serious like some kind of disease? Please advice

It depends. Has she been shaving? Generally, pubic hairs are thicker than any other hairs on our body. Which means that the pores for the hair to grow in also larger compared to any other pores on our body. When shaving and leaving only the skin bared, dirt can easily be 'trapped' inside these pores hence triggering our body defense system to fight any external bacteria or possible infection. The result or ruins of such war between the bacteria against our body defense system will result in puss build-up in these pores where hairs use to grow. Other cause is the heat which are trapped against our skin and our underwear.

She can continue to press them and clean up afterwards. Such pimples will soon go away once hairs starts to grow. Among other remedy, drink lots of water too.

Don't shave, trim will do.

And go and tell her to wash there properly when taking shower. We have a lot of "mandi kerbau" in Malaysia.

better go for medical checkup..and beware not to share any personal tool with anyone in case it transmit to others.
if the wound heal after few days and u dont feel any sore..then its ok.if not,most probably its syphilis...

According to her, she said that for the first 2-3 days, when she pressed the pimples, got nanah come out. But now, even she pressed it, there is no nanah . The "big" pimple stil there but not feel itchy. So, what is the problem? Is it possible it is a lump or cyst?

it's very uncommon to have a pimple down there...especially a non-healing one.
yes, must rule out the possibility of STD, especially HSV herpes simplex virus, syph, and gonorrhoea.
for the time being, i suggest you 2 to stop any sexual activities...
