http://www.aldiafah.com.my

This one I would like to recommend you guys to try the Al Diafah Rice Chicken BBQ and Mendy Lamb. thumbup.gif

I've been there and blogged about it.

Also must try - Persia Restaurant in Ampwalk. The minced chicken kebab with butter rice is simply to die for!

Nice. Got website for that?
OniZuKa
Middle East dishes is my favorite as well...

by looking at the Al diafah restaurant website it is introducing the food from saudi arabia...

meanwhile Persia Restaurant is serving Iranian food....

Although I never try any of them ... which i have been looking one at KL...

I been at Iran personally and tried it there.....enjoying their local food.

However I would say "safron" rice is one of the most delicious rice in the world you must try!

Together with the kebab is pretty tasty... never regretted trying it.

I do not like their yogurt drink so much... if you have chance to seen "mango" juice on their menu.. it is must to order ...if the way they prepare the drink is the exactly the same in Iran.

I had the kebab sandwich when I was there. Was quite good and yummy. But price is generally a bit more steep than most middle eastern restaurant perhaps due to its settings
Tsukasa

Looks yummy. How about the price there? Arab, Iranian, Turkish or Lebanese food?
altung
if possible...give the price:)
Cas
Based on most reviews done for that place, you can expect to pay RM70 per pax. Also there are belly dancers performing during dinner time too.

Huh? ARE YOU SERIOUS? Coz that's like my absolutely favorite place to go man. The best kebabs i've had so far. Maybe coz it's fasting month? Either way I'll go check it out soon.

Oh and btw, do check out Al-Amar, the hummus and cheese rolls are to die for.
Just updated that on my blog smile.gif

Agreed Persian food is quite different from Arab cuisine. They come with butter rice and their kebabs have more taste to it somehow

LOL Al-Amar @ Pavillion? Wanted to go for their buffet but found their selection small for that price. I went for their ala-carte, their hummus and cheese roll comes highly recommended by me smile.gif
sordanny
Persian and Arab food for me is also almost the same.... except for the environment... Majority of the things they serve are the same.... almost the same kebab, salads... maybe in the middle east they changed the menu to suite the locals... u might not appreciate all the food we have in msia, but after u're in those countries, u'll really miss the good food... especially all the nasi lemak, char guay tiao and stuff... yummy.... everytime after back from traveling i feel like msia is heaven!!! Over there everything else sucks except for the night life in dubai icon_idea.gif

maybe it's me since i don't enjoy those kinda food.... recently been to ramadan buffet in 2 different arab countries, all serving almost identical food doh.gif dunno y they can have so many wives but keep eating the same kinda food everyday??????? rclxub.gif

Updated :

Last Saturday, I went dinner at Tarbush Starhill. So far I would rate Tarbush as following :

Food : 8.5/10
Ambient : 10/10
Service : 4.5/10

Conclusion, its worth to have dinner in Tarbush except their service are quite lousy. Here some of the photo that I can share. Total Bill Rm 115.
