Anyone can help, why my window cant shut down... is it window problem? Also, when i open window, it will spend 10min to run... why?

i guess it is becoz of ur hardware.upgrade some items like RAM or proc. thumbup.gif

I think my ram is ok because for XP, 1.5GB is enough, right? and this laptop i never install any game or software, the only thing i install is MSN. so what is the problem of my laptop?

something problem, could be some profile problem?try create a new profile/new user and abandon the previous one and try?

ok, i try and see, thanks....

maybe some spyware/adware or malware infected your system? and usually as you use windows a long time eg 1.5 years without reformatting, it might get slower, coz your hard disk keeps accumulating all the files.

this laptop i format 3 time already... still has this problem....
