You webcam is external, right? Check your Device Manager and make sure it was installed properly for the driver.

Try uninstall and reinstall the Windows Live Messenger.

I guess..... TS Laptop 1 is build-in webcam 1, not external.......

Check for latest driver or juz use recovery manager

Recovery manager also can't? If u have recovery disc use that thing. or maybe try to use thiz link

Choose your OS and download the desire driver. After your problem is solved, it is recommended tht u create recovery disc.
