I received a SMS from HAPPY said they will be upgrade their system from 2-4 July. And it may cause reload interruption.

However, today is 18 July already. And their website is still saying :

Anyone know when they will be back online? My credit is running very low and will not be HAPPY anymore.

why not visit the nearest atm or 7-11 to get your coupon?

they are forcing me using Maybank2u...

Why Maybank2u ? What type of Happy line do you have ? You can go to basically any 7-11 or handphone shop to top up using 016 DIGI prepaid. I never have any problem at all. Just go out and top up and dont lying on your bed and top up using Maybank2u.... why only you got problem ?

Exactly Happy at the moment no longer allow reload via credit card by calling in and even on the website............Wonder why ?...

Must be a reason out there ?

Maybe they afraid that the current is not secured and they're improving it now. Perhaps may follow the same thing like DiGi OCS.

well, credit card frauds is a really common issue in Malaysia, therefore suspect is that lor. As i know "bandar" bank's credit card very very the common for this issue.

and also got fee.. its not free for HAPPY
