6 months ago i've just changed my sim card as it really spoiled
last week i went there just told them that my phone not happy with my current sim card, show them docomo sim card photo, they select from their drawer and pick the L shape for me, which means, this pattern still available till today.

If the media player and camera locked back, you have to do the relock procedure again (with Softbank active SIM). Changing SIM will not get it relock back but you have to be careful that you must not power on phone without any SIM or without bypass SIM. Then you can't leave phone's battery separated in a long duration (like about 2-3 days).

Not tested so not sure but you should be able to use it on 920SH as I only tested 804SH and Digi can be use.

taihenda! my phone just now suddentl signal out at my office, which never happen before. after that i restart the phone, still signal out, then i do cpr and place it back, the phone shows 'UIM not insert' or something like that. the signal icon just missing.
i've already switch it with another sim card, still is the same without signal icon, how ha?
FYI, my camera and music player still can use...

Could try the following:

1) Make sure the bypass SIM and your SIM card is align properly. It is a bit tight for F905i
2) When during your CPR, I assume you insert your SIM card only right? Now try to insert your SIM along with the bypass SIM together into CPR phone (LG and Symbian phones not suitable).
3) If still the same problem, bypass SIM might be dead.

If i cut my old simcard, the one with U shape and i put it with my bypass sim, will i be able to get a 'free' sim from maxis when i want to get a L shape ?
I'm going to maxis center tomorrow, but i need to use the phone today

Yes, but some maxis centre's worker do ask what is the reason for SIM replacement. You could just say it is not compatible with iPhone or other reason you might think of.

guys help me! I'm looking for a new phone. Thing is, i use my phone mainly for music purposes since I'm a very musical person xD
So I'm looking for something that can play most(if not, just the main) types of music files(mp3, aac, wav etc) in GOOD quality(both in-ear headphones as well as loud speaker)
Now i know SE offers a wide range of their walkman phones, but i feel those are overrated and everyone seems to be having the SAME PHONE!!!
I feel phones should be a personal thing. Special only to the user.

Thus, i stumble across j-phones. But i also found out that there are many limited capabilities. But i'm ready set those cons aside if it can play music(mainly mp3s)

So guys, is it worth it getting a Jphone for Music purpose?(and hopefully can set mp3 as ringtone as well)
Or do i have no hope to look stylish with my music? >.<

904SH 3D surround sound is damn nice~ it should suit ur music purpose(but some ppl say 904SH is not loud enuf...but for me is quite loud and ok)
if u like d 904SH outlook, i think u should go for it~ at d mean time picture quality oso nice, and hv good screen resolution.
other Jphone models i hv no comment since i never used other Jphones besides than 904SH, 803T, 703SH.

Personally, I won't be too keen on having J-phone if my focus is on music. Note that j-phones do not support MP3 playback (except the SO series e.g. SO905i...which I think supports MP3). Most J-phones accept WMA and AAC and I normally have my collection in MP3....converting them to suit my phone would be

The SH906i and SH906iTV has quite a good sound reproduction (I read, but not heard). They have Dolby Surround but that's not the kinda feature a musical enthusiast is keen on...those are more for movies. Which I am gonna say J-phones are geared towards TV and movies more than anything else including camera.

So...your best bet for musical performing phone would be to go for iphone. Believe me, the Sony Ericsson is nowhere near the Ipod or Iphone in the musical areas. The sound processor and D/A converter in those Ipods and Iphones are waaaay better than the SE....well....unless u want boom boom boom then SE is the way to go...If u are looking at hi fidelity, clarity, transparency and clean seperation, Ipod / Iphone is your best companion. Cool factor u say?? Iphone is doing quite well in this area. Well, I see a lot of nihonjin's (japanese) in Japan using Ipods.

For me, I am a sucker for movies and my SH906iTV should be on tonight's Japan Airlines....hopefully
