(at the bolded words)
go directly to the seller and get his securitycode, which is more sensible.
Well no choice if can't sort out anything with the seller to get the refund. Besides, he stated that the seller said didn't change the security code before so that means the seller himself/herself doesn't even know it. so the suggested way would be the last resort if no other better ways.
This same situation happens to one customer who bought V-SIM for his SO905i (He bought the from Japan [Used set] and security phone code is not the default). He can't return back the phone due to purchase from a shop in Japan so I suggest him to manually try to key in 0000 to 9999. He was lucky enough as the previous owner set the secuity as 0103 (which he got it around 104 tries?).
So a reminder for those who purchase used J-phone: Remember to request for the Security Code from the seller in case. Besides, test the security on the spot (if meet up to COD). Could test out by trying to change the security code which the phone will ask for the current security code before allowing for the new security code to be entered.
Maybe pana could include this caution note on the 1st post.

that gonna take a long time if the code is entered manaually .

24 to 48 hours if continuously entering the security codes.
