I saw fully unlocked (no need Hypersim) 920SH on hardwarezone. How true is it? All function like video call, mp3 ringtone, MMS also function?

Can anyone brief me about the SH905i, on which function is still currently locked/unusable in Malaysia? (even with the V-SIM)

well the only things still locked would be mms, gprs & all data transmission stuff like web browsing.

of course those 'available only in japan functions' also cannot use ler such as 1 seg tv, i-mode, etc.

hmm u can consider SH906i edi which is the latest model, whether its prettier or not, depends on individual la but i guess the spec is better

T9 tends to be faster for the most of us as we don't stumble into corrective mistakes much and it's much easier to type with lesser keystrokes. *chuckles*

Been through both phases so I concluded so.

with T9 is definitely faster than non-t9...

its bcos now we got used to T9 and lazy to use the oldskool style only..

nope. t9 cultivates good english, prevent the use of shortcuts signs and so. pretty much everyone would understand the word or sentence trying to convey.

agree, it helps me a lot to learn the correct spelling, avoid misunderstanding. hate without t9 and people create short form by themselves and assume others can understand.

so, to transfer music to dcm phone, the only way is via usb cable huh?

without T9, there goes my touch typing skills, and there goes my hopes of increased productivity in smsing the bf.

I am fine with either t9 or without, but it really depends on the keypad quality, my 903sh doesnt have t9, but the 904sh was better just b/c the keys were nice and soft. But I use t9 on my toshiba. But I really dont use short hand much when i do text, I guess its just my habit, same when i use the pc,

emmm, 903sh has T9, or maybe mine was euro firmware (best firmware ever)

T9 makes my typing so easily and quick.

erm on the other hand, i am okay jugak if it is without T9.

yeah japanese firmware has no t9 on all sharps, but it has full screen wallpaper which I wanted. Only thing its missing a space bar and have to use right dpad key to space, texting regular with t9 off on toshiba is nicer than the sharp, but bearable

got rumours said Panasonic will 'resume' their oversea business again (since China 3G is 'open'), so they may bring in softbank 921P model kua.

sh906i is like other docomos,

923sh supposedly its comming out so probably need to wait and apparently it has the same out issues as docomos. But probably media unlock similar to 920sh, which needs to be reprovisioned fooled, thus needs an active softbank usim for someone to unlock the media

920sh, stable, but does have the hypersim media rules that you need to follow or you will get locked out. I am going on vacation and I will have to wait before I can experience my 920sh until 2nd week of august or so

there are still people who use short forms when using T9 la...save money ..
