ta780G doesn't not have the sideport memory. The upcoming TA790GX support side port memory.
There will be two versions iianm, with GDDR2 64MB and GDDR3 128MB.

a 'lil improvement in voltage, needin only 2.0v this time @ 1066MHz but timing slightly diff (5-5-5-18-23).

bro, i tend to sit 'em @ slot 0 & 1, but i just install a pair of el cheapo heat spreader yesterday on d modules. after d installation i put 'em back to slot 0 & 1 but unable to boot...

so i tried diff position by puttin 'em in slot 2 & 3, amazingly they managed to boot @ > 1066MHz unlike b4... so i tried to prime & eventually successful...

lady luck was on me i think...

btw, 1082MHz failed rite after i did d ss, so i guess there's still a long way to go to achieve 1100MHz...

From my experience

. AM2 does affect between slot.
Not sure about Phenom as they got ganged and unganged mode which are work differently.

any diff between d 2 mode on intel platform bro? i've yet to find out what's d diff on amd as i'm concentratin on pushin d MHz now...

mr ah khoo... did u try lowering HT link and NB both to 1600mhz when trying to oc ur B2?

mine could boot at 2.7ghz at stock volts... not prime stable

voltage might not be the issue since no matter how much I add also won't be stable..

Take mine as an example.... a B2 9500 ( 2.2ghz default )

210 HTT = ( 2.310ghz ) prime stable stock volts
220 HTT = ( 2.420ghz ) prime stable stock volts
230 HTT = ( 2.530ghz ) prime stable stock volts
240 HTT = ( 2.640ghz ) prime stable only for 1 hour on stock volts ( no matter how much I increase vcore its not stable )
246 HTT = ( 2.706ghz ) stock volts able to boot into windows ( BSOD or freeze after a few minutes using windows )

whenever htt is too high, mine only managed to make it to d splash screen, after that, blank screen...

oh thanks.. ur default clock is 1.25v?
have tried increase the vdimm.. sometimes need more to push high cpu speed..

my vdimm now is 2v. might try 2.1v and unganged tonite to see if things get better
