bench ok, but 24/7, i think it's safer to be on water.

personally, i wouldn't run 1.4v & above for 24/7...

so far i run 1.45v onli on gemin2 cooler

yup, d biostar 770 board is better in term of overclockin phenoms (atleast for b2). 5000+ b.e is easier to overclock, that's for sure...

normal 5k b.e fare around 3.1~3.2GHz on lite oc. if clock speed is really important by all mean go for 6400+ b.e instead, or, offer an irresistable price to these f3 owners for their best of d best f3:

hi all shifu... i just tried oc my ram and manage to oc on 250mhz x 12 multiplier | 500mhz 4-4-4-12-22 2T 2.3v | with prime stable onli 10 min is that mean that my ram is on micron D9 chip??

Need advise from the guru's. What should I buy?

1. AMD 4850e with Gigabyte Ga-ma78G-S3H buying at 600.
2. AMD 5000BE with Biostar TA770+ second buying at 400.
3. Intel 7200 with Biostar T-force TP43HP buying at 700.

in real life those figures mean nothing (well, i assume ur not a heavy gamer), unless u'll feel u'll live shorter just becoz few seconds/miliseconds wasted.

yup, oc is fun but burn wholes in wallet unless yas is fireproof...


dun oc ya ram & chip @ d same time. lower d ram divider 1st or ya clock speed. u can't solve 2 unknown within a equation. think of it as maths...

i dont think it stable as well.. even disable CnQ, u need a good chip + more voltage to make it stable at that speed..

sure it stable, good for user who dont want to OC fsb, ram.. just set to 15x multiplier and u got 3ghz
most 5k BE can do it at stock vcore

5000be stock multipier is 13x ..so if 220HTT x 15X can enable CnQ or not ??
