No need to increase vcore that high. 1.25~1.3v is enough for 2.5ghz.
Try to lower NB(northbridge) multiplier and HT link. Make sure both speed are the same using cpu-z.

Finally.. Break the 3.0GHz barier.

do u need to pump that much vcore to achieve 3Ghz ?

So stressing the oc with orthos (at least 1 hour) or SPI 32M
and post the SS is all pass ..then ur oc resuft will in AM2 OC clan database

My screen blackout at 1.35v while Super PI 32M ,so pump up more power .
Try again and pass Super PI 32M,
Now running stable.. but not running orthos yet ..busy finishing my report

vcore is no high ..we do hv a ocer from here so same with u 1.40v at 3ghz

ur ram...u should use 2T mode for command rate
use all the ram setting at auto and set command rate (CR) to 2T
ur ram will run more stable if u use 2T then 1T (1T ram will run more faster but no stable)

try to include cpu-z showin ya cpu & memory timin mate...

Try dropping the vcore to around 1.35v. My brisbane 4400+ G2 runs stable at 3ghz around that vcore.

eh....ur using unmatched ram.....could be why you need higher volts to be stable

u need to take d orthos screenshot along with d cpu-z, else ya entry won't be considered i think...

hi all shifu... i just wanna ask something.. is it if i reduce the cpu multiplier the ram multiplier also drop??
example fsb 260 x 12 | 3120mhz | 520mhz 5-5-5-18 | so when i reduce the multiplier to 11 my ram also drop to 485mhz (if not mistaken)

plz look to the table of ram divider at #3 post.. look for it first

try lowering ur divider, use 400 first.. n push the proc first.. beware with temp

yup, ram frequency is effected by d cpu multi, pls refer to d ram table provided in d 1st page.

u can tried w/ diff ram dividers to test whether ya chip can hit more than 3.1GHz. some chip dislike certain ram dividers. correct me if i'm wrong...
