gud board - those w/ sb750 & good coolin on pwm.

gud psu - even my zeus 750w is fluctuatin w/ just 1.275v (bios set), i hope this is due to high temp @ pwm, if not, i would regret gettin a quad rail psu instead of a single rail psu.

gud coolin - u gonna need high end coolin like true to tame d heat.

it's nothing when compared to intel or even its predecessor x2. d different w/ b2 & b3 is d former can't do well on sb600 boards while d latter oc a bit better. i do hope i can lay my hands on a 790gx board soon, but for sure my gf gonna @ me...

for phenom oc, maybe, but i think x2 oc ma78g should be on par w/ ax78.


bro, 780g boards oc x2 better than phenom. if u buy d board just for x2, then i'm pertty sure it can oc well. but say if u plan to upgrade to phenoms usin d same board, it might limit d quaddy oc. i'll stick to current board and wait for 790gx boards which will be launched very soon if u ask me.

No,i wouldnt suggest you take 9950.Only 100Mhz at 140W.I suggest take 9850 which only 125W.Btw your Mobo is 790GX Chipset?

my humble noob comments:

gfx = downgrade 4870x2 to 2 * 4850, seriously u aint need 4870x2 for lite/medium gamin.
hdd = if u really like wd, go for raptors, they're fast but u gotta sacrifice some capacity there as they dun come in supa big size.
display = get a 24 incher instead, widescreen looks better on 24 inchers & above.

i think parts are sellin cheaper @ states or europe. they tend to enjoy d latest techie stuffs as well...
