Here's a little guide on how to add fancy words beside your taskbar clock. I actually learned this while trying to clean out a virus which added some words beside the clock. Already tested it with both XP and Vista, and they WORK on BOTH! so NO worries! Anyway, without further adue, here goes!

First:
-Click "Start"
-Then "Run"
-Then type in "regedit" and click "OK" to enter into your registry editor.

-On the LEFT side of the registry editor, Double Click on "HKEY_CURRENT_USER", Then "Control Panel", Then sellect "International"
-Then on the Right side of the registry editor, Double Click on "sTimeFormat"
-Then, In the edit string's value data box, after the "h:mm:ss tt" , press space, then enter the words you want to show.
Example: h:mm:ss tt Braynumb

-Then, just click "OK" and just restart your PC, and VOILA! Words on your taskbar!

Updates:
when using the letters h,m,s or t, the words that's set will change to numbers because it will follow the time format and the current time.
Eg: when time is 12:15:35pm and the word "My Honeys" is used, the words shown would be "15y 12ney35"

So far, there's no way to bypass this. So, try using words without those letters!
