Just want to ask....If I put a 80mm fan on top of my X1900GT (The side which not covered with heat sink)

Will it shock my card ?

its plastic, it doesnt conduct electricity :S

but the vibration would kill the card though, or knock off some SMD caps

quite weird if tat fan cn cause shock to ur card..u use molex or 3 pin??..

nope,i've done it.. i put it on my 8800gt.. just nice on top of the screw.. hehe..

If you're using Aluminium fan, yes it will shock your components.
If you're using Plastic fan, no it won't shock your components.

You need screw nicely, else when it drop ~~ then is physically damage
