which headset is better? Creative Fatal1ty Gaming Headset or Sennheiser PC 151. ill be only using it for cs....i have read both the reviews, it says the creative one spoilt easily. im confused on which to choose. anyone have used either one of this headset? recommendations needed. thanks. and btw both headsets are around the same price RM220 more or less. smile.gif

My suggestion. Go for sennheiser PC 151, cause they provide 3 year warranty and it is a well known brand

Throughout my time of playing cs in my campus i used Philips SHP1900(RM40),i've tried several headphone like chapalang(RM19) & altec lansing(forgot the model but cost me RM70 with mic) one but unfortunately doesnt fit my big head, while the philips i mention perfectly fit without give my head pressure.

The only downside for this Philips SHP1900 is that it doesnt have mic.

If youre only using it for cs, the sennheiser definitely.

Those senheizer and philips will not burn one side after a few months? Mine one cap ayam after a while cannot hear at right side. Which one last longer? I heard Philips 2500 and 2700 are good.

Steel Series 5H v2 settle.

topup abit u can get the piranha...its the same thing anyway with the sennheizer PC151 i think... but it look cooler.....be remind piranha got some comfy issue.....i fix mine by letting my case wear it for a couple of ours....

but for cs or css, i personaly recommend forget both looks no other than plantronics audio 350....its cheap, its sound great, its sound light for easy to hear footsteps in cs....

Razer audio products arent that great, and the bulk of the money you pay is cuz it 'looks cool'. But i have to say, if its just gaming and typical music listening youre after, its more than enough.

go for sennheiser dude....worth ur money~!!
or go for steelseries headset...5Hv2 maybe? =D
NecrosavaNt
sennheiser or the steelseries 5hv2.

but plantronics are affordable and reliable. not as good, but it gets the job done

i heard tat 5HV easy to spoil want...i donno maybe its just a rumors...but personaly for cs....just get the cheap plantronics lor....i personaly recomend it because for me in cs hearing footstep is what metter....and the plantronics....done a job well.....better than piranhas and barracudas....becauase in cs u dont need a bassy kinda headphone...u dont want to confuse between footstep sound and M4 silencer sound...the lighter/brighter the sound the better....

5v2 is one of the most durable headsets out there... i've dropped, smashed mine countless times and still, it sounds great!

between those 2 choices, your best bet might be sennheiser.. gl!

steel series 5hv2 , if i m not wrong , those guys at steel series modify the magnet of the headset for a certain sound spectrum , so that the footsteps will sound louder in 1.6. its a 1.6 headset.

Go to The Curve, top floor. The shop is one of those shops in the back. The PC series Sennheiser available there. Super overpriced tho. Around RM300+ last time i looked.
